Alexandra Generelli- Boy killed in hit and run

Today, on Sunday, September 15, 2013 a 16 year old boy was killed in South Los Angeles. He was leaving church, walking across the street and was hit by a car. The driver bolted away and the teen was in fatal condition. He unfortunately did not make it and passed away not long after. This was very upsetting to me because the boy was only 16 years old. What bothers me even more is that this accident was a hit and run. The driver did not even have the decency to stop and check on the boy. Friends and family are begging for the driver to confess and identify himself. They are not looking for accusations because they are pretty sure it was a complete accident. However, friends and family need to have closure from this tragic event. Without identification of the driver, they will always be questioning the death of their loved one. I hope that eventually the driver stands up to what he has done. This will provide closure for not only friends and family of this young boy but it will probably be a relief of guilt for the driver as well.
