This article was very appealing to me because Asbury Park is about 30 minutes if that from my hometown in New Jersey. I go there at least a couple times a year and I am completely aware of how serious the crimes are over there. It is really not a safe place to live at all. I am extremely glad that Elexander Fitzgerald has spoken out about his son and told his story to the public and official people who have the power to possibly change what is going on in Asbury Park. I think we need more people like Fitzgerald to tell their story, even though it may be sad and difficult, it is completely necessary if we want things to change in this area. The first step to making a change is to get people aware so Fitzgerald is definitely doing a great thing and is on the right track!
