I know it’s late but I didn’t finish so I wasn’t going to
post it. However I could help but find interest in articles written on major
news sites about social media background checks by employers. As a college
student who is quite concerned about entering the real world and finding a job,
I have my personal opinions on why I think a company should hire an employee
but I wonder what others have to say. Is it fair to take a good student who has
worked hard and gotten good grades in school and deny them a job because they
were tagged in a picture holding a beer? I think this topic is interesting and
the legalities of it are highly debated all over the US so I think this would
be a good topic.
